Will a Cifas entry that has been removed show up in a background check.

I was a victim of fraud about 7 years ago. After some investigation, my bank told me they won't put my name on any fraud database, but they forgot and added my name there.
After a year or 2 of rejected applications, I decided to contact the bank and ask why I am getting rejected.
They apologized and said they will remove my name from the database.
My question is will this affect me in the future when I get a job in the financial sector?
Will it make me fail any background checks?
