Credit balance

in Credit cards
My Capital One credit card has a nil balance currently, however I am returning an Apple purchase which will put my balance a couple of hundred pounds in credit. Is there any way I can have the credit balance transferred to my current account without incurring charges? I have sent a secure message to Capital One but they say they take a few days to respond to messages. I just thought someone on here might know what happens in a case like mine. Cheers guys.
