I've been asked on eBay if I can post to Iceland Can I do this through Royal Mail and is there anything I should know? Thanks.

Yes you can post via RM, make sure you complete a customs form (simple - what the item is and the value) and double check the layout of an Icelandic address to make sure it gets there without problems.
