Hi
I am looking to do extension, there is currently a manhole in the way that requires removing.
I have seen the application form on the water company website.
Does anyone have a time frame, as to the length it will take from approval prospective.
Or is it similar to building control, you can start after 48 hours?
Regards

Hi,
I submitted a build over application form in June due to the same issue - manhole in the way of our extension! It was a really simple process, and I seem to remember it taking around a week from form submission to approval.SPC # 1150
