4K UHD Blu Ray player recommendations

With the modern advent of streaming through Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Sky Q, there's very little I'd want to watch on blu-ray. But there are some films that I'd love to watch in all their 4K glory.
TV: I have a Samsung 40" 4K TV. I'd love to play a few 4K blu-ray discs.
Audio: I'm about to buy a Sonos beam as space is limited and many sound bars are wider than a 40" TV. I know Sonos don't support DTS but some blu-ray players can decode or downsample DTS to DD5.1. Not essential but a nice feature to have
Eventually, the TV and soundbar will be upgraded to something better, probably in a year's time. May be sooner. But I'd like to keep the same blu-ray player.
What do you recommend?

Budget?
Does your Samsung TV support HDR10+ or will your next TV purchase?
Wi-Fi or not required.
One or two HDMI sockets required.?
Optical or coax audio output required?

Budget: want to spend £500. Will go up to £750.
HDR10+ Current TV doesn't. Next TV will be 55" and will support it.
Wi-Fi: Not required
One or two HDMI sockets: I'm not sure how more than one will benefit me
Optical or coax audio output required?: Optical as an option
The current planned set up is TV (40MU6400) + Sonos beam (+/- sub) + blu-ray player + Sky Q
Future set up will be flagship 55" + soundbar and sub + blu-ray player + Sky Q.
Old TV and soundbar will then be relegated to bedroom. Likely to happen in the next twelve months.
I don't need an AV receiver, or a proper 5.1 set up until I move into a larger house. Current living room is only 4m x 3m so not massive.0 -
