Kitchen fitting and semi working appliances

All, we had a kitchen fitted 6 months ago with a range of built in appliances as suggested by the kitchen company, 2 of the appliances are showing signs of not working. The MW/combi oven does not include a tutntable so frequently under and or overcooks food. Today I burned myself getting something out which was lukewarm.
The hob unit (all fancy touch controls) has refused to power on once for days on end and despite an engineer visitin g no abvious fault could be found and it had started working again. No it wasn't the lock function.
2 of the kitchen units have faulty panels. I have been onto the company concerned numerous times about these issues and still find that they are unresponsive.
I called them once a couple of months ago and threatened legal action. That got a response from the boss but no follow up action since despite my sending more emails to them.
Q what action can I now take to get them to resolve these issues. Incidentally the appliance manufacturer are AEG and I would not recommend them at all.
Thanks
G

That's surprising; AEG are generally a very well regarded brand. I sell them myself and problems are comparatively rare.
Have you checked the feedback on the models that you purchased, or contacted AEG directly about the problems with the under/over cooking? .. appliances these days have a crapload of options and it may be something as simple as adjusting a setting.
On the hob stopping working; if there's no fault in the appliance, could there be fault in the electrical supply? .. I'm guessing it's an induction hob?
You mentioned faulty panels, but didn't mention how they were faulty.
Are they scratched, blistered, bowing? .. what's the problem with them?
If you want to get it sorted, the most important thing to do is determine where exactly the problem lies and how you should be contacting for a resolution.0
