Travelbag saying Orlando Resort not available

Hi,
I booked a package holiday to Orlando for five of us (two adults and three children) with Travelbag. I have paid the full amount for the holiday package soon after booking. The resort booked as part of the package is a five star. It is to stay in two bedrooms villa resort.
About ten days after the booking (and also paid the full amount), Travelbag contacted me to say there was an error made by the resort that the two bedroom villa is not available and given one other option with an apartment style three bedroom in a four star resort. This four star resort charges for parking daily (the other initially booked resort doesn't charge for parking) and it's not cheap. I refused to take the alternate option and said as we paid for five star resort, we should be given five star as an alternate option with parking included.
Could someone please explain to me about my rights? Can they force me to accept the four star resort? If so, can I get any refund back? I don't want to pay for the parking.

If they can’t fulfil the contract you originally agreed to and you don’t like the alternatives presented, you can get a full refund.0
