A fee for using curve linked to a credit card where debit cards aren't accepted? Really? Major point of Curve eroded if that is true.

Curve has gone downhill majorly of recent.
The offers etc. were good when it first started but I guess they’ve realised they’re not making money.
I’m a legacy Black member and have retained (for now) the legacy cashback plan which is somewhat useful to me.
I’ll have to see what further changes they make next year to warrant keeping the card.0 -

They'll be making a interchange loss on every debit transaction recharged to a credit card. Hardly a surprise they want rid of free loaders. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Curve had removed their FAQ but it's back with some minor changes.

Even if they plan to limit this to paying HMRC ATM, I think they are on some very dodgy ground legally and that this change isn’t in compliance with the law banning card surcharges which went further then the EU regulations in the UK by covering organisations like PayPal as well.0 -
Any business that does not make money will go out of business - fact!
If it is costing them more to make certain transactions than they are making you have two choices - increase your fees or close down the loss making enterprise.0 -
