well it came attached to the house ive just moved into, i wouldent have chose it myself.
Size is 3 x 3.5m.
Its in good condition apart from 2 window seals need replacing and the doors are a bit stiff.
It would be fine for light as we have another 2 windows in the living room which are south and west facing.0
