zanussi condenser dryer not drying!!

hi everyone, hope someone can help me.my dryer is a zanussi condenser tc 458 w,and it is not working.It still gets nice and hot but i think the drum is not turning,any ideas what is wrong and how much it will cost to repair ,and is it worth repairing? thank you.If not, which is the the best dryer to get,cheap as possible.

if the motor is not turning the drum, its often the motor start capacitor at fault. if this is the case, the motor will emit a buzzing noise but not start. if you're able to circumvent the door safety interlock temporarily (CAUTION) and spin the drum by hand, the motor may start. this indicates a capacitor fault.

to remove, take back off dryer, unclip cables from capacitor, unscrew it. replace with new one. cost about £5 and 5 mins. Good luck

thank you 4 replying puc.the motor must be working because the dryer heats up and the motor sounds fine and dryer door is hot to touch as normal,the clothes are just not being tumbled.cheers.
