‘Yellow Vulture’ speed cameras

Have any of you, seen a "‘yellow vulture’ speed camera" ?
I have not and am wondering where they are to be found.....

I suspect they are like TV detector vans, a myth to frighten the populace into conforming.


I'm sure it is possible to spend enough on cameras and processing power to tell if your tie isn't done up right, but unlikely they actually have.


On the other hand, if they have a clear photograph of you speeding, whilst sitting in the passenger seat driving with your feet with a phone in one hand and a burger in the other, likely someone would notice....

They claim to be able to fine you for eating a mars bar or even sucking a sweet if they want to charge you with "not being in complete control" of a motor vehicle .... scarey times ?

'Yellow Vulture' is sometimes used for SPECS average speed cameras, I can't find any credible sources for a new type of super camera.
