Hi
I have just opened a FIneco account.
I would like to know what my IBAN is, but the Fineco website provides me with two different IBAN numbers.
if i click on "account management" - "account details" , my Iban appears as:
IT02B030150320000XXXXXXXXXX
However on the app on the phone and if I click on "send" to send bank details, it appears as:
IT78W0301503200GBPXXXXXXXXX
Has anyone else experienced this? Which one is the correct IBAN?
I have asked their customer service and I am waiting to hear from them.

I asked them when I found out on Friday evening and I’m waiting for their answer. Since I had already put through a small transfer to one of the IBAN numbers, I wanted to see if anyone had experienced the same and had an answer.0

Both are probably correct.
02B and 78W are check digits, so don't affect the routing, just make sure the IBAN is validatable.
000 and GBP are probably the currency designations if this is a multi-currency account.

FinecoBank does not directly adhere to the electronic network dedicated to foreign payments, therefore, for payments from abroad to your Fineco account, in addition to the IBAN, it is necessary to communicate two BIC codes :
BIC receiving bank (swift): UNCRITMM
BIC beneficiary bank: FEBIITM1
Fineco Bank (Google Translate)A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
