Bought a bed, incorrect one sent.

Hi this is my first post here!

So my partner purchased an ottoman bed base from a website called lovemybedss.co.uk. not only have they sent the wrong structure, they are missing vital parts, like the strong structure to lay the mattress on. It's a shambles and they have been a nightmare to get hold of.
I finally got a chat going with them on Facebook and they offer us a lesser replacement not the one ordered. Which of course is not acceptable.

If there's no help with this what are our rights? Sorry if it's a pointless post! But beware of these. They care also called Bargain beds and Sofas on Facebook.
