What is a corporate sale?

Thanks G_M, the gazumping is a worry unless I can find a no sale no fee solicitor but if the vendor will not take the property of the market I doubt a solicitor will offer a no fee agreement..
Of course I still lost the cost of searches etc. - it's just the conveyancer's own fee that is not charged.....0 -

As it's a corporate sale, you won’t get proper answers to the questions before exchanging contracts. Does that bother you, and will it bother your lender?
Coupled with it being unregistered land, I’d want a few thousand off to allow for the extra uncertainty. Of course, that may already be priced in.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
