Even that's not relevant if the item was sent to your address, only if it's addressed to somewhere else and delivered to you by mistake (the legislation refers to the address, not the name).
That's not strictly correct.
The legislation does not only refer to delivering to an address,
the exact wording used is:A person commits an offence if, intending to act to a person’s detriment and without reasonable excuse, he opens a postal packet which he knows or reasonably suspects has been incorrectly delivered to him.a postal packet shall be taken to be in course of transmission by post from the time of its being delivered to any post office or post office letter box to the time of its being delivered to the addressee,0 -
