I received a letter today from the TSB saying they’ve reviewed my complaint regarding IT failures in May 2018 and I’m getting an extra £122 compensation by the end of December.
Has anyone else had one?

So this is a second offering of compensation? How long ago was the first one?0

My partner also had a letter today promising £140 for an incident in May 2018. She was paid £10 at the time I think.0

I Haven't received the letter yet and I am with TSB0

I got one a few weeks ago. £95 I think. The letter didn’t say why but I think it might have been when I complained that I hadn’t had my £5 cash back that they used to pay on the CC.0

I'm wishing I'd complained about something
