Miss sold boiler

Hello i got a quote for a boiler with a 7year warranty which was 1800 for a baxi comibi .after i paid the deposit the plumber said it would have to be a glow worm boiler but it would have a ten year guarantee.i reluctantly agreed but had it on quote specifying it was 10 years and it says 10 years on invocie.when i recieved my paperwork it says only five years and now the plumber is egnoring me.i am not sure best course of action.i have it all in writing and texts that its should be 10 years and i emailed the guy stating i would never agreed to install without inital 7 year or 10 year warranty .thanks in advance for peoples replies
