Balance transfer cards

Hi
I'm trying to shift some debt from a few loans and high interest cards cards
I have just received a MBNA card 16 month balance transfer card and they said during application I'd get a limit of £4700 which was perfect because I could have moved the 5k debt I owe on the high interest cards
However once I received my card I only had a 2k limit not £4700
So I'm left with about 3k to shift to a 0% card
Did an eligibility check and cones out at 100% for a 24month virgin card
Should I apply for it even though I just applied and got the MBNA card 7 days ago or should I just let it be and chip away at the high interest card?
Would it do damage to apply for both the MBNA and virgin card within the space of a week or so?

One more application wont make any difference unless you have anything else such as a mortgage application imminent. One more would probably be enough for s few months though.
7 minutes between them would have been better - if you don't get what you want putting in another application immediately often works.0 -
Oh I see I didn't know this
