@ Gary 21 Please try and show a little courtesy to people who have found out just before Christmas that they are in the middle of a scam which may mean that until the law is changed their home is "unsellable". We are not fools, we were fooled by not being told all the facts.
I was courteous. I just didn’t agree with you, there’s nothing wrong with that. Feel free to report any of my posts that were rude, or broke any forum rules.
Generally I think that perhaps you should take some responsibility for your own actions & that it might have been prudent to spend the time investigating any charges you weren’t sure of before you signed a contract agreeing to them rather than afterwards.
Also my posts were over a month ago, hardly “just before Christmas” & your home is not “unsellable”
Good luck with your campaign to raise awareness of the problems you & others are experiencing on here & other sites, I think that’s a good public service, although ironically you may inadvertently put off any prospective future buyers for your own property.0
