Rules
The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable on Friday 28 February 2020 and for 2 working days after.

Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 11.00am on Monday 24 February 2020.

Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 3pm on Thursday 27 February 2020.

If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Text entries costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2.00 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Ultimate UK Racing Year for two people
There is one (1) prize of two (2) hospitality tickets to attend six (6) racing events (the “Events”) for the winner and one (1) companion, including accommodation, breakfast and transfers as applicable.

The six (6) Events included in the prize are as follows:

1. Cheltenham Gold Cup

This element of the prize includes:
· Two (2) hospitality tickets for the Cheltenham Gold Cup on 13th March 2020.
· Access to the Racing Breaks VIP Bar with complimentary drinks (house wines, beers and soft drinks).
· Two (2) nights’ stay at the Coldra Court Hotel, Chepstow Road, Newport, Wales, NP18 2LX, based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 12th March and 13th March 2020.
· Breakfast for two (2) people at the Coldra Court Hotel on 13th March and 14th March 2020.
· Return transfers from the Coldra Court Hotel to Cheltenham racecourse on Friday 13th March 2020 for the Cheltenham Gold Cup.

2. Grand National

This element of the prize includes:
· Two (2) hospitality tickets for the Grand National on 4th April 2020.
· Access to the Racing Breaks VIP Bar with complimentary drinks (house wines, beers and soft drinks).
· Two (2) nights’ stay at a 4* Hotel based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 3rd April and 4th April 2020.
· Breakfast for two (2) at the 4* Hotel on 4th April and 5th April 2020.

3. Epsom Derby

This element of the prize includes:
· Two (2) tickets for the Epsom Derby on 6th June 2020.
· Access to the Racing Breaks VIP Bar with complimentary drinks (house wines, beers and soft drinks).
· Two (2) nights’ stay at 4* Hotel based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 5th June and 6th June 2020.
· Breakfast for two (2) at the 4* Hotel on 6th June and 7th June 2020.
· Return transfers from the 4* Hotel to Epsom racecourse on 6th June 2020.

4. Tuesday of Royal Ascot

This element of the prize includes:
· Two (2) tickets for the Royal Ascot on 16th June 2020.
· Access to the Racing Breaks Box with full hospitality.
· Two (2) nights’ stay at the Grange Bracknell Hotel, The Ring, Bracknell RG12 1ED, based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 15th June and 16th June 2020.
· Breakfast for two (2) at the Grange Bracknell Hotel on 16th June and 17th June 2020.
· Return transfers from the Grange Bracknell Hotel to Royal Ascot.

5. Glorious Goodwood

This element of the prize includes:
· Two (2) tickets for the Glorious Goodwood on 29th July 2020.
· Access to the Racing Breaks VIP Bar with complimentary drinks (beers, wines and soft drinks).
· Two (2) nights’ stay at the Old Thorns Hotel, Longmoor Road, Liphook GU30 7PE, based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 28th July and 29th July 2020.
· Breakfast for two (2) at the Old Thorns Hotel on 29th and 30th July 2020.
· Return transfers from the Old Thorns Hotel to Glorious Goodwood on 29th July 2020.

6. Champions Day

This element of the prize includes:
· Two (2) tickets for the Champions Day at Ascot on 17th October 2020.
· Access to the Racing Breaks Box with fully hospitality.
· Two (2) nights’ stay at the Grange Bracknell Hotel based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 16th October and 17th October 2020.
· Breakfast for two (2) at the Grange Bracknell Hotel on 17th October and 18th October 2020.
· Return transfers from the Grange Bracknell Hotel to Ascot on 17th October 2020.


The Prize also includes a short meet and greet with Frankie Dettori at one of the Events.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Alcohol will only be offered to a companion aged 18 or over.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Please note that there is no disabled access to the VIP Bar area for the Cheltenham Gold Cup. If the winner and/or their companion is disabled, they will be able to enter the racecourse and accessible areas but not the Racing Breaks VIP Bar, and a fifty pounds (£50) voucher per person will be offered to the winner and their companion to redeem at any non-VIP bar in Cheltenham.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that no races take place in any Event on the relevant dates for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes all other transfers (including, but not limited to, return transfers from the winner’s home address to various racecourses or the hotels), transport, meals, drinks and treatments (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions car hire, personal expenses.
