Wanted Hotmail messages sometimes go to Junk folder

Hi, my laptop runs Windows 10 and I use Google Chrome and Hotmail/Outlook.
I occasionally find wanted emails in my Junk (Spam, Phishing etc)) folder from addresses that normally go in my inbox.
For example, I receive regular emails from a ski holiday company. I have been receiving them for years and I want to keep receiving them. They normally appear in my inbox but today I found one in my Junk folder. It has the same sender details as normal and there is nothing unusual in the content.
This also occasionally happens with other welcome senders, Majestic Wine for example.
Any suggestions why this might be happening?
Thanks

A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Maybe someone else who doesn't want those emails reported them as spam.
You should go to the hotmail website and add all the email domains that you want to receive email from to the safe senders list. it can take some finding those settings from what I can remember.0
