Yes, I had my husband, my Mam & kids with me, so I was going to have them both do one, (Not The kids obviously) my mam is not able to attend court as she has just been discharged from hospital after back surgery and not able to sit for long periods, she may be better by the time it goes to court but they said 6 - 8 weeks recovery.

Hi - Newbie here, new to driving, the forum and PCN. I got a fine from Euro Car Parks for their Goodmayes Retail Park - Essex. Their free period is 3 hours and i'm afraid i've been at their retail park at least 5/6 maybe even more over the free period. I was at Costa working, then taking breaks and having my lunch their. Anyways, i've been hit with my first £60 fine, without reading this thread i appealed on the basis that i was unfit to drive back home within the limited time and had to rush to a doctors appointment ( I know, silly) but they've rejected this and my fine still stands. I'm worried I'm going to get another 6/7 fines which I cannot afford to pay! My car is a work car, leased. Any advice on what i can do please??

Just putting all my documents together and remembered I have my scan results confirming that I also was suffering with a ruptured disc or disc protrusion as they call it, I am ok to add that to my evidence, and just number it accordingly?

My summary of cost Assessment

My court copy in a file, named, dated, Judges name, list of contents, ready to take to county court.
My second copy ready to post to BW legal & to Email
Is there anything else I am missing before I send all of this?

I have posted a copy to BW legal and emailed them a copy but it is telling me that it has been blocked, so I broke it down and sent it individually, still some would not go through, so I emailed separately, to inform them some documents would not attach and that a paper copy was sent today, should I do anything else?
