Odeon & Cineworld - praise

Went to see Downton Abbey at Odeon. Noticed some occasional rumbling noises in the background & thought "surely parts of this weren't filmed in a thunderstorm". Realised it was coming from adjoining screening of a noisy film.
Filled out a feedback questionnaire & commented on it. They adjusted the future screening location & sent me 2 free tickets.
Called Cineworld customer service as their on-line booking payment screen had not been working for a couple of days. Given codes for 2 free entries, which would bypass the payment screen so I could book & they could work on fixing it.
Justified complaints/comments & very happy to be offered free tickets without asking or expectation. :T Nice job both cinemas.
