  • Well, the rain may be falling here, there and everywhere but there is a definite drought of the £2 coin variety in my local area! I suppose the good part of that is that I haven't spent any money, but that doesn't get my tin filled up, does it!? Oh well, got a few essential spends this week so will just have to hope (and maybe ask!) for the right change! :) xxx

That is what I did tonight in the co-op - asked for a £2 coin in my change and that's what I got :) Never done that before but will do so again.  One more into the pot for me at last

  • Well done Nellie75 on asking.  Does pay off sometimes, and some staff will get to know that you save them and always give them to you in your change.
I had 2 at bingo on Sunday night in my winnings :).  Going again tonight  :D

  • Most of the times, I get scammed on internet when buying various services so now I have made a point to not blindly buy services and courses. This is for long term and will save me money.
  • Evening, team! I'm back in the game! Two lovely plain coins exchanged with my Mumma, taking my total to £64. I've still got a long way to go to catch up with a lot of you though! Keep up the good saving!
