final Gas overestimated units used

i submitted my gas and electric meter readings in advance of my last bill from Avro (i was switching as i could get better elsewhere). Avro used the electric readings as this was slighly higher than there predicted, however they didnt use the gas reading and instead charged me for a significantly higher Avro predicted meter units.
I have now switched and the agreed meter readings between Ovo (new supplier) and Avro was much lower than the predicted figure on the last Avro bill.
I have rang over 5 times and emailed everyday for an update since 1st november, emails are just being ignored.
How do i get back the overspend i have been charged?
