    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Call/email the court to get their confirmation that the case has been discontinued ... it wouldn't be the first time that a PPC's solicitor has sent a notification to the defendant but not the court, so that they D doesn't attend the hearing and the PPC gets a default win.

    Not saying that's the case here, but always best to double-check. :) 
    Took your advice and called the Court. 
    They confirmed that they've received the Notice of Discontinuance and the claim has now been settled and discontinued. 

    Thanks again everyone for your help! Can't stress enough how much help everyone has been. 
    Will definitely look into my options taking this further as per some suggestions.

    Well done for standing your ground against ukcpm on an own space captive victim scenario

    It's clear they had no case to begin with , yet have harassed you for months and months to try to bully a payment out of you , a clear indicator of their true business model , which is not parking but litigation en masse

    Another one bites the dust !!

    Consider a claim against them for data breach, harassment, or interference in your quiet enjoyment of your property.  
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
