Thanks for your reply
1) I cant remember all the residents I delivered to at the apartments as it was some time ago.
2) I did read the Jopson case but at the time of the post I forgot where I saw it, will look again.
3) The apartments in question seemed to be controlled by an estate agent.
4) Will also look into the emailing of my local MP0 -
Coupon mad, thanks for your reply also.
PS - Am I supposed to reply to NPE at this point or do I wait for them to act? - I'm getting a bit confused at the moment scrolling through all the info! ! (Sorry)0 -
The guide to court tells you what you need to do and when. If you have responded to the LBC and sent the SAR, then you should be concentrating on making complaints and gaining evidence as advised whilst waiting for the court claim.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Email to local MP just sent!
Contacted Est agents asking for email address of management company, they said they couldnt give it without permission, although I pointed out to them I do have the private address of the directors, which I had found online !!0 -
Email the estate agents a written complaint and ask them to forward it to the MA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
