I sent it from a law firm which records everything! Also followed up with email. Why does it not surprise me they would deny it arriving on time?!0

Hi everyone - so the Court date looms and with it my anxiety grows. I did as advised and wrote to the DVLA and they came back with this response:
is there much point writing to the IPC at this stage? Skeleton argument in progress - looks like they aren’t going to back down as I had hoped they would! Thank you in advance.0 -
@Coupon-mad sorry to tag you - but not sure if I need to start a new thread for further advice on this?0

Keep everything about the one incident in the same thread.
If anyone feels able to answer your query they will do so.2 -

So...... I had my day in Court - AND I WON!!!! Case was dismissed by the Judge and no appeal allowed. Seeing as the representative of BW Legal said 'I'll try not to sting you for too much cash' before I went in, the victory is even sweeter. I was incredibly nervous and shaking but the Judge was fair and thorough. He found that the overpayment by 70p plus no mention on the signs that the machine didn't give change implied to him that the 70p covered me for the 10 minutes I ran over the time. Justice. I am over the moon. This weight that has been hanging over me for YEARS has finally gone away. Thank you SO much to everyone for your help. @Coupon-mad and @Fruitcake, you deserve a medals and I can't thank you enough. ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!!!!5
