External Wall Insulation 1930s bungalow

Hi. We're looking to buy a property valued just over 200k that has external wall insulation. We're moving to be mortgage free (at last !) so we're lucky enough not to have to borrow money. However, we're wondering what the prospects of selling it in the future are, for those who might need to borrow money. We've contacted a couple of surveyors (we haven't put an offer in on the property yet) but wondered whether anyone on here had tried to purchase a property that has external wall insulation, and if so, whether this has been a problem. many thanks.

Why do you think it would be a problem?
If it's done properly, there's no reason why it should be.
I've sold one with it and there wasn't even a question.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Thanks. The reason why it flagged a little alarm bell was it was listed on the particulars under Agents Notes, which usually means something to look out for. It looks to have been done properly but we're in our 60s and the house is all we have as our pension fund! Cheers : )0
