Hello everyone.
A little advise please, we are buying a new house through the shared ownership scheme and have hit a grinding halt so close to completion.
We have signed the contracts but all our solicitors are waiting for are the building regs and NHBC info to proceed but have been waiting for this info for over 2 weeks now.
Our solicitor can't do any more, the estate agent aren't very good at chasing either, would it be worth myself bypassing the solicitor and the housing association and contacting keepmoat homes myself to try and get something to happen? Surely it would only take someone 5 mins to send over the relevant info to the housing association?
Appreciate any help I can get.

You are of course assuming that the plot has been signed of by the LABC and NHBC.
That might not be the case yet.0
