Dispute with dealership.

Thank you for all the replays straight and sarcastic as well ;-) I apologise for not been specific. So, car has two faults one become apparent upon collection. I test driven the car after which part of suspension was fitted for MOT. Upon collection car had issue with steering column (You need to turn steering wheel slightly to go straight). So, I suppose something went wrong. Dealer told me to fix it with 3rd parties so far, I had alignment done twice still no effect. Second problem appeared 3-4 weeks after purchase. Car loses power and limps, my mate suspects misfiring on one cylinder. Since it happens randomly it might be a hazard (happening on motorway?). At this stage I want to be fair and give dealer chance to fix both issues. Car has been bought 2 months ago dealer was aware about steering wheel issue from day of purchase. At this stage I want to inform him officially about second issue.
Could anyone recommend website where I can find good template for letter of complain or just point out what information I should include?
So far, I wrote letter stating issues with car and asking dealer to step in and help me resolve them. I included contact details, details of dealer and by when I expect reply.
Many thanks.0 -

Perhaps your car is following the road camber? How far in degrees would you say you have to turn the steering wheel and is it mostly to the right (clockwise)? Once you notice something it's easy to become fixated on it.0 -

Simple. You just make sure it won't be driven away...

Let's just put it this way...

£9,800 auction price yesterday, inc buyer's commission etc. Somebody's brave.Presented in 'barn find' condition and sold strictly as viewed
I don't think the police are going to be breaking down Bonhams' door for breaching RTA88 s75, do you?

The italicised section 6 is the important bit that Car 54 forgot about and/or oversimplified.0
