No, do not proceed down the "ignore" route.
You need to create a winning PoPLA appeal.
That will now be even easier if the NtK is not POFA compliant.0 -
Kill it off at POPLA by copying ANY other POPLA APCOA railway appeal then changing the part that (usually in other threads) talks about the 14 day rule in para 9 of the POFA, to the 56 day rule instead, in para 8.
Easy to win. It would be plain stupid to ignore it if APCOA one day sue people.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep, I have a POPLA code - and will look at what to do with that on here. I have no photos - I was not the driver when the PCN was issued.

You had 32 days to submit a PoPLA appeal. You are now past that so all you can do is ignore anything and everything you get for the next six years unless you get real court papers.
