No, because it's not just about whether it occurred. Your position has a lack of a moral reasoning but has a human reasoning and a defence wouldn't be based on that, anyway.
You should have parked outside the bay and left your hazards on, i would say.

I served for 5 years in the Foreign Office Legal Department. I think that I could make a good argument that it they do.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Did you read the Equality Act? Reasonable adjustments (per se) do not apply to the Act's maternity provisions, and she wasn't breastfeeding as her reason for parking there anyway.
However, there is a defence to be written, when she needs it and only a complete numpty with more money than sense (or a poor/weak victim, or someone without the internet) would pay a PPC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
