1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Shaftesbury PLC (the promoter) and their immediate families, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
2. Entries to the free prize draw must be submitted by Friday, 30 Nov 2007 18:00.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
4. The prize for the free prize draw is £500 shopping spree in Seven Dials. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
5. Shaftesbury Plc reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
6. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material relating to this prize draw.
7. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to the terms of the privacy policy. In addition, Shaftesbury PLC may pass your personal information to their data processors. However, we always demand that those parties adhere to the same security procedures that we follow ourselves.
8. The winners will be the first entry forms drawn at random on Monday, 03 Dec 2007.
9. Winners will be notified by email on the Wednesday, 05 Dec 2007. Winners have five (5) working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.
