Sorry if this is in the wrong area - newbie 1st post ! i wont go into too longer story as not to bore , but in a condensed version here goes : In august the wife booked a 2 night stay at a hotel for her and the daughter . Even where they are pursuing someone who has made clear they would defend such an action, and objectively they've got a pretty good defence? Churning out the claim in the first place may be a trivial cost, it's different if someone has to turn up in court (especially if they're going to lose).
