Can I combine a LISA with my partners help to buy?

Hello,

I am trying to decide whether to open a help to buy (before the deadline) or a lifetime ISA to save for a house. Based on the MSE guide I am swaying towards a LISA, however I’m unsure whether I can use this alongside my partners help to buy which he opened a while ago.
I know for help to buy you can both combine as long as you are first time owners, can you do the same with a LISA and a help to buy?

Thanks in advance
