Landlord agents slowing down process

I'm trying to get a deposit back from a previous landlord. £200 has been repaid, the rest is "disputed" in a protected deposit scheme. We submitted our counter-claims, and the landlord has rejected them all and wants to go through the dispute process (fine with me).
However, the agents acting on the LL's behalf still haven't rejected the claims on his behalf. If there is no response in 14 days, we have to pursue it via statutory declaration. But I am very reluctant to give this to the LL because
A) LL has acted cooperatively and has responded
B) I really don't want to give the LL my address on the Statutory Declaration as we don't want to be hassled by them (this has happened previously).
As far as I'm aware, it is just the agents who are slowing things down - I have made it clear from our side that we want to dispute it like the LL and avoid further complications.

Most of the disputed items are due to miscommunication between the agents and LL in the first place. I feel like I'm caught in the middle of it all, and the communication problems are still making things worse.
Please could someone give me some advice? I don't know what to do :(

The agent works for the landlord. Tell him he needs to get his agent to !!!! or get off the pot.

If he won't do that and the agent won't pull their finger out and you won't start a statutory declaration because you don't want to give your address then I guess you're stuffed. You need to choose the lesser of two.
