It means the accounts are overdue ....

CoHo will send out a couple of reminders then a threat to strike them off but lots of companies have overdue accounts.

If you are owed the money do you have a judgment against them. If you do not have a judgment then get one. You can then try to get payment against the £2.8mn of assets - depending on how much you are owed.

  • Thanks for reply. I haven't taken any action to recover money. The problem is they are in £2.6million debt in 2017. They are still operating is overdue account show money problems.Thanks.

The information quoted on the companies house website is not to be taken as an indication of a company’s fiscal position, it’s just a snapshot in time.
What action are you planning to take to recover your losses ?

That is not the issue. They have assets. Lots of people have huge debts and little in the way of assets but they have strong cash flows such as employment. In this case, the company have a trade which will pay down the debt.

Try MoneyClaimOnline if the debt is less than £10,000. Simple and easy to do. The claim form tends to get them to notice and then reply. If they don't you have a default CCJ and £2.8mn of assets to go at.
