Freehold bank account and management software

Hello
I was wondering if anyones can suggest a simple way to setup a freehold bank account, possibly without creating a company? and maybe a software that can help with the management of accounts? this is for a freehold made of 3 flats (converted victorian).

A club is allowed to open a bank account, without having to form a company. So if the freeholders agree to set up a similar non-incorporated body, then it can have a bank account.

You need to decide who will have authority to withdraw money, and whether it requires one signature or two. With just three freeholders, then any two of the three makes sense.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
