Budget Planning Password

Help, I'm trying to use the budget planner link. I've gotten in but all the cells are locked. How do I unlock them so i can start placing my information into the Excel spreadsheet?

When you open up the spreadsheet do you get the message near the top saying

PROTECTED VIEW - Be careful files from the Internet can contain viruses

if so, click the Enable Editing button

Then type away
