Can't login to Revolut. How to contact them when the only way is to message via the chat?

I have a Revolut account but then all of a sudden it "forgot" my automatic login. I was presented with a page which asked for my mobile phone number.
Once I gave this, it asked me to "create a password" (which is strange as it suggests I'm not an existing member if I'm creating a password). I did this anyway.
Next it asks me for my first name, last name, date of birth and postcode. Once I gave this information a message appeared saying they recognise my details and asks if I'm already a member.
If I choose "yes" it asks for my new mobile phone number despite my number being exactly the same. When I put in the same number it comes up with an error message saying the number is the same.
If I choose "no" then it takes me my mobile phone number, and then asks for my first name, last name, DOB & postcode again. I enter all of this and click continue and then it says we recognise you please confirm if an existing member or not.... and I continue in this never ending cycle over and over again.
I am struggling to contact someone regarding this since I cannot reach the "chat" part of the app to discuss it. I also can't seem to message them any other way ie no phone number and cannot Facebook message the Revolut page.
Please could someone help?

I had a similar issue. I ended up using my partners account to start a live chat. If you have a friend or family member who has an account with revolution, contact them from there.0

I've already called that number. It's an automated number where you can't speak to a member of staff. Basically all answers are "use the chat to get help from a live agent".
Similarly, I messaged them on Facebook and got an automated message saying to get in contact via the chat.0 -
