Driver recieved a parking ticket on the drop off zone outside Manchester Royal Infirmary hospital entrance.
This was from civil enforcement
read the thread to wait for day 25/26 to appeal. Then however, the as keeper I thought I'd send a complaint to PALs.

But you should certainly exhaust the PALS complaint first, as that is an easy way to cancellation if done before any appeals process.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
