China: MIC Tesla Sales Surge To New Record In September 2021
The overall sales and export volume increased almost 400%.
In September Tesla's output in China was directed mostly to Chinese customers. This is why the local sales are 52,153 (up 360% year-over-year), compared to two weaker months (July and August) when the production was focused on export.

AIUI, Tesla have pretty much fixed pricing and minimal incentives on rare occasions.1 -

It is limiting the potential sales to a rather restricted market. Anyone else is faced with instant depreciation of the substantial "affinity" discount before the normal drive out the showroom depreciation gets added on top.0 -
