Combo boiler making whirring sound

Hello, since having a new combo boiler installed a couple of years ago it makes a strange noise when the heating is on and I run the hot tap. The rest of the time it is fine, the only time is when the heating has warmed up and the hot water is running, it’s a loud whirring noise. After the taps turned off it carries on for a few seconds then stops. We’ve just put up with it really but now want to get it sorted, will call a plumber out but just wanted to know if there are any ideas of what this could be and if it’s something my husband can sort himself, thanks!

Sounds like what mine's done since I've had it. Are you sure it's a fault?

Sound fairly normal to me, some boilers can be noisier than others.

hhmmm maybe it is normal then, it is very loud though my neighbours can hear it!
