Ford Fiesta Eco boost buzzing noise

Hi guys
i bought a Ford Fiesta Eco boost 1.0 100 on finance in the end of September 2019. The car was brand new (69plate) and is on finance.
two weeks into me having it, a buzzing noise appeared when ever my car is on or around 2000 revs. The buzzing noise Predominantly comes from around the glovebox area at the passenger side and kind of where the dashboard is (left hand side mainly). The noise appears in all gears when at around 2000 revs
i took it to the dealership for them to have it looked at but they said it’s nothing to worry about and is “a characteristic To ecoboost models”. I call bull****. It can’t be?! I wasn’t told of this, nor can I find it anywhere online and to me, a new car shouldn’t be buzzing at me.
ive seen similar problems on the internet with other people and they’ve fixed it themselves. I’m notmechanically minded so I cannot do it myself.
It just seems strange to me and I can’t see it been a characteristic. I think they’re trying to fob me off!

BTW Ford don't have a great reputation for customer service so be prepared to keep going back to them.0 -
Cheers for the reply. Really appreciate it -_-0

I’m basically asking if anyone’s had similar problems or knows of anyone who has, or has heard anything about it?
Or someone who is mechanically minded who can tell me whether or not it sounds like they’re trying to fob me off0 -

Can't you just do what it said on Google? It's only cable tying a couple of hoses together.0 -

Presumably failing to fix simple faults is a Ford dealer characteristic.0 -
I have googled it and I can’t find the hoses they’re referring to.
See what I mean- completely useless with cars0 -
Keep taking it back.
alternatively, make sure you have gap insurance, and come and park it on my drive overnight for a few days. someone will definitely steal it, and then you can get a different car.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
(except air quality and Medical Science)

Open the bonnet. Look at the big rubber hoses going into the cabin. Secure them with a cable tie.
Theres even pictures in the owners forum thread you must have found yourself. I don't even own this car and I found it.0
