Combi boiler pump leak

Please any advice or hint what can cause combi boiler pump to blow.Well ,first time happened in April and was tipping the fuse and was replaced by engineer at a cost of 250£ in total pump and work.after heating season in May was working ok till end of August when was replaced again ,again same cost ,though engineer said next time will take only for work 60 £ on my question if is any guarantee as it should be.
Full heating season started recently and happen over 2 days number of times when needed to restart the boiler but now is tripping the fuse again and seems thats is pump again.
THATS 3 TIMES IN 8 MONTHS,IT COST ME HALF THE NEW BOILER ALREADY.IT MUST BE UNDERLYING ISSUE BUT ENGINEER JUST KEEP REPEATING IT COMMON ISSUE WITH BAXI BOILER.(DUO TEC)

Don’t know why so many pumps.
Check the diverter valve motor on the left hand side. The diverter cartridges leak and give this fault when water gets into the motor

Is there a filter on the system ? My FIL had exactly the same kind of issue until a filter such as This was fitted
