CCBC sent to my company for fine

Hi, I have received a CCBC from Vehicle Control Services which has been addressed to my company as I don't believe they can't obtain my personal address. My company is a PLC and has now received a CCBC address to them with my number plate. My company have sent to me but I am unsure if I should be responding or if they should?

Any advice please?

The entity named on the claim form needs to respond. It cannot be transferred. If the company are named as the defendant they cannot scribble that out and crayon your name in.

Your company are named as defendant , nothing to do with you

If they are foolish and don't deal with it , they will get a CCJ in their name

You can do nothing , because you are not named on the court papers

Why they think they can just pass it on to a third party is beyond me , foolish people are running your company

Wow, a PLC so stupid that they send a claim form to someone to deal with?!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
