1. Open to UK entrants, excluding employees and franchisees of Bourne Leisure and their immediate families, their agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. 2. There will be one (1) prize, for a family of up to six (6) people to see Paddington™ on Ice at Winter Wonderland Hyde Park between 21st November 2019 and 5th January 2020. The winning Candidate will be able to pick their performance day subject to availability. The prize excludes travel and accommodation and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and has no cash value. 3. The prize draw opens on 4th November 2019 and closes at 23:59 on 18th November 2019. 4. To enter, enter your details in the form above before the closing date. 5. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. Incomplete, corrupt or entries not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed because of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 6. The winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries received. All reasonable efforts will be made to notify the winner (either by the email or phone number given) within 48 hours of the winning entry being confirmed. The winner will have 14 days to respond via the method indicated in the notification. If no response is made within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random and to offer the prize to them. Winner must be 18 years or older, proof of age and identity may be required. 7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. 8. Bourne Leisure accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to prizes, (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the prize draw [as far as possible under applicable law). 9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or those fulfilling the prize because of entering this promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury because of its negligence. 10.
