NPS Letter of Claim

Hi guys,

Sorry I’ve read a million of these posts and just can’t get my head round what to do.

Pretty much - I parked my car at a certain location for pretty close to a year, one day received a letter through the door with a fine.
I was pretty confused but what had happened is that during the night they had been a put up signs to prevent people parking here - which when I’m in a hurry for work didn’t realise. The alleged date was the Friday and on the Monday I ended having to leave work due to my mental health and never returned.

Anyways I’ve been dealing severely with anxiety and depression so this has been the last thing to deal with. A few months passes, I’m starting to get myself back on my feet and another letter comes.

Letter of claim for a sum of £160 - £100 original charge and £60 additional.
I’ve tried to contact northern parking services to explain my situation but they have just told me I can’t appeal.

Really can’t afford to be paying £160 and this is sending me backwards when eventually after 4 month off I’ve managed to get myself back into work.

Please can someone offer some advice because I’m so so stressed out over this.

Thank you all in advance.

Start by reading the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in post 2 of the NEWBIES.
This is a step by step guide from LBC to the court date.

Send an SAR to the PPC as per the NEWBIES as well.

Get pics of the site and signage as soon as possible.

Read the "abuse of process" thread by beamerguy that explains why judges have thrown out many cases where a fake £60 charge has been added.

What, all of these from this week about exact same NPS purported 'LBC' letters (a debt collection fake LBC) don't make it clear?

We don't need/can't handle any more NPS threads about this letter. Just read!
