How to repair furniture board

Anyone know of you can buy touch up or how to repair furniture board? My son stuck a sticker on his new bed and when he pulled it off it's pulled off bits of the white coating to reveal the mdf below. It's not like its a big section has peeled it's more of a peppered effect that's been left. I have a photo but can't work out how to add it
Cheers for any tips

In practical terms, it can't be patch repaired. The coating on some products is little more than varnished paper.
Sanding and painting the whole part is possible, but that will be a painted finish not a furniture board finish.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
